"Christmas Visiting"
Blessed are the Old Mothers and Fathers
Blessed are the Grown Children
Who Still Love To Hear Their Grandfather's
Stories. Blessed are the women in the kitchen.
Blessed are grown daughters who comfort
their aging grandparents, proud and exquisite.
Blessed is mutual kindness and love. But Blessed
Above All, Are The Grown Children Who
Remember The Old Ways
The Lost Ones who have Passed Away
The Bearers of Children
The Apple of the Grandmother's eye.
Blessed are the children who still have time
to hear all their grandfather's old storites
and clean out ther grandmother's dusty old
teasets and silver
Punch Bowls. It Warms The HEart of Both.
All In This Communion Are Filled With Joy and
The MEaning Of Christmas, and They
All Are Blessed.
In Jesus' name,
Amen.
