Ask me to sing domestic things
Spice cabinet filled with nutmeg
cinnamon, parsley, fennel, basil
oregano, vanilla, food coloring
pepper, sugar, bread crumbs, flour
salt. The things we had when
we were children. The things that
make a home. Lemon juice, lime juice,
butter, barbecue sauce, steak sauce,
ceasar dressing, mustard, ketchup,
soy and teriyaki sauce
I long to go to the sea this summer
Money will not afford it, yet
wishing, abides. Dreams of the sea
dreams of sunlit meadows
of waving grasses and wildflowers
Wildflowers blooming in spite of
hardship, wildflowers wild with
adversity. Fed by earth and rain
and starlight; these are not the
domestic children of the cottage garden
they grow themselves, they are free...
The riddles of Time and Space
The Meaning of the Universe, are
So utterly simple, alot of paradoxes
and riddles yet though nights kept me
pondering them, yet they do not
need to be known at all, there is
nothing to know that one does not
intrinsically know.//
I Love You
More than time or space has laws
More with every day that falls
My baby bunting, peas in a pod,
My Little Lamb-at-Sea, My
Darling, most beautiful one, I
love thee more than the world
has given me time to love you
I will love you for eternity,
I will help you to pull through.
Sustain, cherish, and honor you,
In all things seeking you.
I love you Theodore!////
