Such an Evil was in my heart
and mourning and suicide, pain
were in my weary soul.
 How hard i fought! How Stubbornly!
How Brave This Little Light of Mine!
Death Hath Not Conquered Me!
I seen victory like fires from heaven
Even the very Voice of God!
