"5Am Cuddle"
5 Am We cuddle with arms around one another,
Warm and softly nuzzled into a carpet of soft blankets
the sun crisply rising in the windowpane, You and I have time
to cuddle within one anothers arms and legs, backs and heartbeats and hair unbound
Whatever the night pursued us into this embrace last night, is evaporated in sunrise light
Whatever evil the days holds out before us to face, is not yet come, and so,
in this loving time, gathering you to me senses and breathing you in!
Your Soft steady warm heartbeat, the rising of your breath, the calm steadiness of it
how safe one feels here in our little home in our little bed together.  it is a reward
from God, this time to love and be loved, here, drifiting into and out of sleeping!
